I’m Dylan Felton, an expert personal trainer who has helped over 100,000 people with their weight and fitness goals.


Helping people become their best selves is what drives me in life. I’m always pushing the limits, wanting to become a better athlete, trainer, mentor, and person!


I’m not a fan of the “quick fix” diets and programs – Instead, I believe in sustainable growth, proper support, and building good habits that’ll last a lifetime. That’s what I love most about my work, getting to see people who felt unhappy and self-conscious become happy and confident.

  • How does a Coach Casper program work?

    It’s easy! First, you sign-up to either my Relentless (men) or Empower (women) Program. After that, you’ll get an email that includes all the information you need. You’ll fill out a quick form, which goes back to Coach Casper.


    Then you’re ready to start your program! Every week you’ll get a workout and meal plan that’s created by me, and tailored to your needs. If you have any questions along the way, you can email or message me.

  • I’d like to try this but I’m really busy. Can I still make progress if I join a program?

    The great thing about my online programs is how they fit into your life. A lot of Ghosts, for example, choose the “at-home” workout options because they just don’t have time to go to the gym. Your entire program, with the workouts and meal plans, is kept on the Casper App, so it’s always on hand.


    A lot of my most successful Ghosts have been single mum's or busy professional women. At the end of the day, you can make time, but it’s up to you. I do everything he can to make it easy for you, but you are the one who needs to make the decision to make some time for your health.

  • Can beginners try this program?

    My program is absolutely beginner friendly. When you fill in your details after signing up, I’ll create a plan customised to your experience level, as well as your goals and diet. 


    Each exercise will have a step-by-step video demonstration with it, where I’ll walk you through how to work out properly, so you don’t get any injuries or feel lost and unsure at the gym!

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes. All my plans are recurring subscriptions. However you can cancel at any time by contacting my team at support@coach-casper.com.

  • Is each month the same?

    Each month is different, including changes in exercise variations, an increase in how much weight you lift, and meal plan changes - constantly updated as your body changes.
